  1. First, take Coriander seeds, clove, cinnamon, fennel seeds, 1 tsp cumin seeds, and peanuts.put in a grinder jar and grind together and make a fine powder. Keep aside.
  2. In a kadhai, add oil heat it add boiled potatoes and fry them on medium flame untill they turn golden brown. Transfer in a plate..

Then turn the flame low add curd and mix.add turmeric and chili powder mix well. cover and cook for 2-3 minutes. when masala releases the oil add fry potatoes, Kasuri methi, and salt mix together.add one cup water cover and cook for 8-10 minutes on medium flame.Turn off the flame..
